Minimum Qualification for External Candidates: Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university and 6 months certificate or Diploma or Degree course in computer/ Information Technology recognized by Government for those who have not studied computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in their Bachelor Degree.
Minimum Qualification for Local Candidates: Local Candidates means a candidate for direct recruitment to any post in relation to that Local area where he/she has studied in Educational Institution(s) for not less than four consecutive academic years prior to and including the year in which he/she first appeared for S.S.C or its equivalent examination.
