Syllabus and Exam Pattern:
SSC LDC DEO Exam has one Objective type paper. This paper contains 200 multiple choice question only. Each question contains one mark. So, the paper is total 200 marks. The paper will be in both English and Hindi Language. Time Duration for this Exam is 2 hours. There will be negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong question.

SSC LDC DEO Exam Syllabus 2013 :
General Intelligence :-> This part will contains topics like semantic analogy classification series, Number analogy series, figural analogy classification series pattern, Problem solving critical thinking, emotional intelligence, Social intelligence word building and other sub topic if any.
English Language :-> It will contains topic like spot the error, synonyms, Antonyms, Detecting mis-spelt words ,phrases, Improvement of sentence , Active/ passive voice of verbs, indirect narration cloze passage comprehension passage, etc.
Quantitative Aptitude : This part of Paper will contain topic like Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry menuration, trigonometry statical charts.
General Awareness :> It will contains current events India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to history culture geography, economic scene, General policy and scientific research.
Skill Test for Data Entry operator:
Candidates Data entry speed of 8000 key depression per hour on computer. The time duration is 15 minutes and printed matter is in English containing about 2000-2200 strokes/key depression. The speed of key depressions per hour will be regarded as being on the basis of the correct entry of words.
