UPSC Civil Services Exam 2022: It is the dream of lakhs of youth of this country to become IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS by cracking the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Every year in the month of February, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) releases the notification of Civil Services Examination and more than 10 lakh youth apply for this highest civil services recruitment examination. Every year UPSC Civil Services exam is conducted in three stages. Preliminary, Main Exam and Interview. Through this, selection is made for other services including Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Indian Foreign Service (IFS). The selection of Indian Forest Services is also done along with the Civil Services Exam.

qualification for civil service
To apply for these posts, the candidate should be a graduate from any university. To apply for the exam, the candidate must have Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Science, Mathematics from any recognized institute / university. Bachelor's degree with any one of the subjects Physics, Statistics and Zoology. Or you have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture / Forestry and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

age limit
The age limit of the candidate should be between 21 years to 32 years as on August 1, 2022. The upper age limit will be relaxable by three years for OBC category candidates, five years for SC / ST and ten years for physically handicapped category candidates. Each candidate appearing in the examination is allowed a total of six attempts to pass the examination. However, this rule does not apply for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

Know the Selection Process
UPSC Civil Services Examination candidates are selected through 3 stage examination. First you have to sit in prelims exam. The candidates who pass in this are called to sit in the main exam. Those who pass in Mains are called for Interview (Personality Test). The final merit list is prepared on the basis of performance in interview and mains exam. Mains Exam is of 1750 Marks and Interview is of 275 Marks.

registration fee
The registration fee is Rs 100. Fee has to be paid through Cash or NetBanking or MasterCard/Debit Card in any branch of State Bank.

After reading all the instructions click on YES.
Now submit by filling name, date of birth, father's name, mother's name, your educational qualification, address and every information asked.
Pay the application fee.
Select your centre.
Upload photo, sign and photo identity card.
After completing all the process click on submit.
