Job Requirements:
1- 2.5 years of IT experience preferably in Voice technical support.
Experience with remote/virtual technical support via telephone in a service center or call center environment.
Knowledge of Pcs, Servers, VPN, Peripheral devices. Wireless connectivity and industry standard software.
Knowledge of Blackberry and PDA support.
Experience in Active directory, VPN, Outlook.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Willing to work in different time zones (24/7).
Open for Night Shifts.
Candidate’s are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
