National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) has declared NEST 2014 Notification about National Entrance Screening Test and inviting online application on official site at www.nestexam.in so all those who want to give this exam can get full information related to exam date, syllabus, exam pattern and etc from notification. NISER was established in the year of 2007 and it is handled by the Indian government under Department of Atomic Energy.

Recently they have announced the notification of NEST 2014; this exam is taken to get admission in 5 year integrated M.Sc. programme in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics in NISER and University of Mumbai. This exam is compulsory for all those who want to take admission in both these two institutes. Here we have listed all eligibility criteria, so if you are interested then apply for this as soon as possible.

Exam name: National Entrance Screening Test (NEST)

Age limit:

• Candidate should be born on or after 22 July, 1994 and relaxation will be provided as per the government rules

Exam fee:

• General/ OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 700/- and SC/ ST/ PD candidates have to pay Rs. 350/-

Educational qualification:

• Candidate should have passed class 12 (HSC) exam with minimum 60% marks from 2012 and 2013 (for SC/ ST/ PD candidates 55% marks)
