The Bank Note Press, Dewas, one of the nine units under the Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited, has invited application from the Indian citizens for filling-up several vacancies.
As per the official advertisement, 81 posts of Junior Technician (Ink Factory), Junior Technician (Printing) and Junior Technician (Electrical/ IT) will be filled up under the recruitment drive. The online application and payment in online mode will be active from February 26 to March 28, 2022.
The tentative date of online examination at selected centres is April/May 2022.

1. Junior Technician (Ink Factory): 60 posts
IDA Pay-scale: Rs.18780– 67390
Upper Age Limit: 25 Years
2. Junior Technician (Printing): 19 posts
IDA Pay-scale: Rs.18780– 67390
Upper Age Limit: 25 Years
3. Junior Technician (Electrical/ IT): 2 posts
IDA Pay-scale: Rs.18780– 67390
Upper Age Limit: 25 Years
Minimum Age– 18 years as on last date of receipt of application for all the posts.
Upper Age limit is relaxable as under:
a. Up to a maximum of 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
b. Up to a maximum of 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC.
c. Up to a maximum of 10 years if the candidate is a physically handicapped person.
d. For candidates belonging to SC/ST who are physically handicapped, the maximum age relaxation is 15 years.
e. For candidates belonging to OBC who are physically handicapped, the maximum age relaxation is 13 years.
f. Up to a maximum of 3 years (8 years for SC/ST and 6 years for OBCs candidates) for Ex-Servicemen. This is in addition to the period of their service rendered by them in the Defence force. However, they should not have crossed 50 years of age.
Examination Fees: Registration charges of Rs.600 (including GST) for candidates belonging to UR/ OBC/ EWS category and Intimation charges of Rs.200 (including GST) for candidates belonging to SC / ST /Ex-SM / PWD category for each posts.
