The letter was told that Rahul Gandhi, in his address in the House, said that there are two Hindustans in the country, one for the poor and one for the rich, one India will not sit silent. On the other hand, the statement given by Congress veteran Digvijay Singh in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh on February 7, has been mentioned. In which Digvijay Singh's address is that the Sangh Parivar wants to run the country in the name of Manu Smriti.
'Statements dividing the country and spreading hatred'
Sant Paramhans alleges that both the statements are going to generate a conspiracy to divide the country and spread hatred. Such statements can worsen the situation in the country and riots may increase. There can be a dispute about this, so Sant Paramhans Das has given an application in Ayodhya Kotwali to register a case against both the leaders under sections of sedition under Section 124A of the IPC, citing the Constitution. Ayodhya Kotwal Devendra Pandey took the application form in front of the camera but refused to say anything. However, during the conversation, he has talked about getting an inquiry done on the application and registering any kind of FIR after the investigation.
Congress leaders were always accused of making riot-provoking statements
Jagatguru Acharya Paramhans Das said that Rahul Gandhi, while speaking in the House after the speech of His Excellency the President on February 2, said that there are two Hindustans. He also said that the people of Ek Hindustan will not sit silent now and he also said that India is not a nation. Paramhans Das said that this is an attempt to incite riots. This is sedition, Congress leaders always give such statements which incite riots in the country. He said that today we have given a complaint against Rahul Gandhi and Digvijay Singh and hope that sedition case will be registered under Section 124A of IPC and strict action will be taken. If this does not happen, then we will stage a sit-in because by saying two Hindustan, there is a big conspiracy to divide India, which is Rahul Gandhi by joining China and Pakistan, until the case is registered against Rahul Gandhi and Digvijay Singh. Till strict action is not taken, I will continue to strive for it.
