Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russian troops, Khmelnytsky has received almost 90,000 people from other regions of Ukraine. Some of them, about 12,000 IDPs, remain in the region. This was announced during a briefing by the head of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration Serhiy Gamaliy. According to him, last night passed quietly, except for the air alarm, which was at night. In general, the situation in the region is under control.
About 90,000 migrants have already arrived in the Khmelnytsky region, and about 12,000 have remained in the region. They are provided with housing and food. The Khmelnytsky Regional Puppet Theater will start performances for the children of displaced persons next Tuesday. They will be able to watch them every day, except Monday, at 10, 12 and 14 o'clock, – said the head of the region. – At the same time, I would like to remind you that the decision to ban the settlement of men aged 18 to 60 in all institutions that provide accommodation for more than 48 hours without registration of their place of residence came into force yesterday. If men plan to stay for a longer period, they must notify the nearest territorial center of recruitment and social support.
Serhiy Gamaliy added that the Center for Humanitarian Aid sent more than 23 cars of different tonnage and filling to different parts of Ukraine. Thirteen trucks of humanitarian aid from concerned citizens arrived at the Center, which will be further formed and sent to where they need it most.
