Qualification:- Applicant should have to complete at least first class in M.Sc. Physics/M.Sc Electronics/M.Sc Material Science OR M.Tech. Solid State Materials/M.Phil (Physics). Those having qualified GATE/NET examination shall be preferred/one year Research experience.
Age Limit:- 28 years
Stipend:
(A) JRF – Rs.16,000/- p.m.(for I & II year) and Rs.18,000/- p.m.(for III year).
(B) SRF – Rs.18,000/- p.m. (for the entire tenure).
